REPS follows the lives of four "Tour Managers" as they cross paths at Prague's "Hotel Dum" over a Spring/Summer holiday season. Declan is new to the job and naive to the unscrupulous and money-grabbing practices rife in the travel industry. He is unwittingly taken under the rather large wings of Phil - a seasoned holiday rep - who is simply out to milk his rather elderly customers dry of all their holiday cash. Declan maintains sanity only thanks to Gabby - the level-headed and ultra-professional regional coordinator of Golden Age Tours. Disaster-prone Blanka - with her every-increasing customer death count - adds a dash of local colour,

Reps is a parody on the often unrelenting and often heartless package tour industry. It focuses, however, on the lives of the rather quirky people that work in the industry - people much more likely to bump into each another at the Great Wall of China or the Taj Mahal than their local hypermarket!
